Good news!

Back in February my friend Rahul had introduced me and my friends to scholarships for blind students and helped us contribute. Today I got an email from him. Rahul is working to start hostel facility for blind students. Read the email below and contribute. Help spread the word.
Hello Priyaranjan,
How are you? We have a good news to share with you that our 4 visually challenged students Dasaram Rane, Rupali Biradar, Nandkishor Dhuldhar & Viraj Gayakwad have got selected in the banking exams & have joined the banking sector with banks like Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, State bank of Hydrabad, etc.
We are glad to inform you that we are becoming ready to start the special barrier free hostel facility for college going 25 visually & physically challenged students. We have decided to give admissions to selected needy & bright students who would like to follow the discipline & culture. We are trying to give the good facilities so that they can get a Clean, good, calm & healthy atmosphere to stay & study nicely to pursue their dream in life.
For this Hostel we have a big Hall & a Dining room in the same premises of our association. They can take benefit of our all other Projects - like Computer Training Center, Digital library, Recreation Center easily on every day. Like other projects we are providing hostel facility to these students in free.
We are trying to manage the infrastructure cost for the same. But after meeting these students we have realized that they cannot bear their monthly food expenses of Rs. 2000/- per head. We need to support these students financially for their food expenses also.
Therefore we have started a My Food Initiative campaign to support these special students for their monthly Food expenses. Can we request you to spread a word in your friend circle & relatives about this campaign?
If more helping hands will come forward then we can support more number of students. Their colleges are above to start & our hostel will be a convenient, barrier free, heart of the city place & a Second Home for them.
Hope you would like to participate in this My Food Initiative campaign & will support to the education of deserving students!

Kindly feel free to know any more details.  Thank you!

Warm Regards,
Rahul Deshmukh
