Statement of purpose - for my fitness goal -
- Shed 10% of my body weight. That also means - fit nicely into US - M size Ts.
- Be alert and always ready to open the door, answer the phone call and change volume of the TV manually when remote has some issues.
- Continue to be in state mentioned - # 2 - for another 63 years to come at least.
And as my Dailymile profile suggests - AIM is to be "Happy".
