Fitness Statement of Purpose

Statement of purpose - for my fitness goal - 

  1. Shed 10% of my body weight. That also means - fit nicely into US - M size Ts. 
  2. Be alert and always ready to open the door, answer the phone call and change volume of the TV manually when remote has some issues. 
  3. Continue to be in state mentioned - # 2 - for another 63 years to come at least. 
And as my Dailymile profile suggests - AIM is to be "Happy".
